3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 All prices listed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT.

3.2 Payment can be made via secure online payment gateways (e.g. PayFast, credit/debit card, EFT).

3.3 Orders will only be processed once full payment has cleared.

3.4 China Auto Works reserves the right to adjust prices, product availability, and descriptions at any time without prior notice.

4. Delivery and Risk

4.1 We deliver nationwide in South Africa. Delivery is subject to stock availability and full payment.

4.2 Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only. Delays may occur due to third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.

4.3 Risk passes to the Customer upon dispatch of goods from our premises.

4.4 The Customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

4.5 We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

4.6 If goods are visibly damaged on delivery, the Customer must indicate this on the courier’s waybill and notify us within 48 hours.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of receipt.

5.2 Goods must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

5.3 A 10% handling fee may apply on non-defective returns.

5.4 Special order or electrical items are non-returnable, unless defective.

5.5 Refunds will be issued via EFT only once goods are inspected and approved.

6. Warranty

6.1 Products carry a limited warranty as per the manufacturer's terms.

6.2 Warranty claims are only valid if:

6.2.1 Goods were fitted by an RMI-accredited workshop.

6.2.2 You provide the fitment invoice, vehicle mileage, and description of the fault.

6.3 Warranty excludes wear and tear, misuse, modification, or incorrect installation.

6.4 China Auto Works reserves the right to inspect and verify all warranty claims.

7. Product Descriptions and Accuracy

7.1 We strive for accuracy in all listings, but errors may occur. Where image and description conflict, the description takes precedence.

7.2 It is the Customer’s responsibility to confirm part compatibility.

7.3 If you are unsure, you should contact us before ordering for fitment verification.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective products or refund of the purchase price.

8.2 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8.3 Use of our website and purchases are at your own risk. You agree to indemnify us for any losses resulting from misuse or breach of these Terms.
